Bird Flu — The Cure

Johnny Jackson

An old saying about the winds of March claims that if they come in like lion they’ll go out like a lamb or vice-a-versa. Arakawa, on the other hand, came in tooting his own horn and has never stopped blowing.
Thank all of you for your comments about Hurricane’s self serving statements undercutting and maligning Charles Djou. Smearing Djou by calling him a “Court Jester” diminished Djou’s dignity while simultaneously selling out Arakawa’s own party, the Republicans. All this was done in an attempt to encourage people to petition Charmaine Tavares to run for the House seat so that she would not be a factor in his own re-election race for mayor. My only response to your comments is, yes, his behavior is deplorable and despicable but, unfortunately, absolutely predictable because that’s just the kind of guy he is.
But the conflicts of interest in this administration run very, very deep. I have included for you review, and I encourage all 18,000 plus of you to visit the blog: “The Real Alan Arakawa.” The URL for this site is: http://alanarakawa.blogspot.com/. This blog is absolutely erudite and of excellent quality. I highly recommend it for the information found within and as a resource directing you to the laws that have potentially been violated by this administration. Please visit The Real Alan Arakawa!

Disclaimer:
First off, I don’t know who wrote this blog and have nothing to do with its creation. So anything you read in there is coming from another individual willing to tell you the truth about Arakawa and his cabal. It is a block-buster and a must read!

Points of interest to enhance your reading:
1. George Sakugawa is also Arakawa’s uncle. FYI, another leader of the Mayor Arakawa Kokua Fund that was not mentioned was Harry Rogers whose company was “not in good standing” with the State’s Department of Consumer Affairs. Maybe the blogger can look into this guy as well.
2. Charlotte Arisumi is the wife of Guy Arisumi. Guy Arisumi was arrested for methamphetamine (ice) use at Kanaha Beach. Methamphetamine is an antidepressant. At his trial Arakawa wrote a letter to the judge asking for leniency and Arisumi got little more than a slap on the hand. Could the letter to the judge been part of a cover up, hmm? Finally, Arisumi’s son was dating and engaged to the mayor’s other daughter. Arisumi’s son now works for the County of Maui.
3. Lynn A.S. Araki-Regan — see this and earlier Maui Reports to get a better idea of who she really is. But to quickly taste the flavor, she has referred to herself and her husband Keith as “the young movers and shakers of Maui.” Do you know any person other than an insecure megalomaniac that would refer to themselves in this manner?
4. Don Couch says he’s going to run for the Upcountry Council seat that will be vacated by Charmaine Tavares. If he does, his opponent will be Gladys Baisa. For Couch, this will likely be his third losing attempt to gain political office. Don is proud of his similar academic background as the mayor. Don’t you think it would be nice if we could come up with an elected position for this guy? Something like County Clown would do it but, unfortunately for Don, the competition from other members of this administration would be tough.
Lastly, it is gratifying to see that others are taking up the effort to expose Arakawa and his cabal for the people they really are. And whoever you are who created the blog, great job!! Also, please visit http://www.mauiexaminer.com/ for other local information including The Maui Report. Anybody else out there writing the truth about this administration, let me know, and I’ll let everyone know where to find your material.
It is truly sad to see so many in the Arakawa administration having ethical conflicts but I guess that proves what Benjamin Franklin said more than 200 years ago, “Birds of a feather flock together.” Fortunately, a stout case of the Arakawa Bird Flu at the ballot box this September will clear out this gaggle of vultures.
